Price break for first shoots for real estate photography for listings in the Winnipeg and Manitoba  areas.
Spring is coming. Book soon. Please hit the "Read More" link to read more.

Currently the most common way for real estate and rental seekers to start there search is using the grab listing guides found at store entrances and online from the comfort of there own home on there own time in either case.

Studies have indicated that better photos sell homes faster. In some cases listings with professionally taken photos sell around 20% faster and with a higher sale price. .. This makes total sense if you think about the scenario, that set of photos in that listing magazine or the online listing site are the first impression a potential buyer "sees". This is what creates the interest at first glance, and may lead to an in person tour if they want to see more.

Additionally one huge advantage of hiring an independent photographer is that you have possession of YOUR photos to use as you like with what ever listing avenue you choose and the photos will be consistent in all listings.

What leads me into this field is my interest in architecture photography along with still life therefore my portfolio reflects that currently more than listing photos but should give a good indicator of my abilities.

Most of my current listing work for clients have been rights managed images. So ....  I am willing to give a discount for those who are willing to let me use the images for my portfolio as well. Contact me with details of your project/listing and I'll quote a lowered price if I think it could work for both our benefit.
You get a deal, I get portfolio photos and we get to see if we can benefit from each other in the future.

Home stagers are very welcome also. In fact I am looking for a few to work with on an ongoing basis as I feel what we do goes hand in hand.
A successful sale of the home via image is the common goal.

I have experience in using available indoor light and with mixed lighting. I also have professional lighting equipment suitable for small to medium-large rooms if it should be needed.

I have a great understanding of outdoor/exterior use of lighting, be it full sun, overcast, twilight or dark.
Please view my Architecture galleries to get a feel for this.

Private sellers are welcome in on this for a limited time as well.

Regards,
Ray O.
